Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module emphasizes the practical aspects of the application of administrative law by public administration bodies, with particular emphasis on the procedures and forms of administrative action. It also covers issues of interpretation of the law and the impact of EU regulations on the activities of the administration in Poland.
