Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the module is to familiarize students with the conceptual grid and methodology of pleadings, as well as clerical practice, especially in administrative proceedings. The module is intended to familiarize students with the basic division of pleadings, representation of public administration bodies and local government bodies in the proceedings. During the course, students prepare draft decisions, orders, as well as other types of decisions.
