Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module “Administrative court proceedings” aims to familiarize the student with the principles and legal institutions of administrative court proceedings and the Polish model of the administrative court system. It includes an analysis of the basic principles of these proceedings, including constitutional principles. Discusses the static issues of administrative court proceedings and its dynamics. Particularly exposed are the problems of the scope of substantive jurisdiction of administrative courts, the issues of the prerequisites for admissibility of a complaint to a provincial administrative court, and the rules and procedure for filing appeals against the decisions of provincial administrative courts.
