Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the module is to present students with the legal issues of planning and zoning as the basic instrument shaping the content of the right to property ownership. The subject will be enriched with elements of construction law. Students' attention is focused not only on the mechanisms of creating spatial planning systems themselves, but also on the civil law consequences of the adoption of a local plan. It is also necessary to familiarize students with the most important concepts of construction law (investment process, construction object, building, structure) and administrative acts in the construction process (such as construction permit, demolition permit). Problems of land development are also linked to issues of real estate transactions and the location of investments, including public purpose investments.
