Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the module is to present the basic knowledge of environmental law, especially concerning the subject of protection, its methods, addressees of orders, prohibitions and other regulatory mechanisms serving this protection. Students should master the basic knowledge in this area and gain the ability to solve at least some problems in this area. As part of the course, the student is acquainted with basic information on Polish environmental law, in particular: - sources of law, - some proceedings in the field of environmental protection, - so-called “emission law”, - application of economic instruments of environmental protection, - nature protection, - management of geological environmental resources.
