Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module “Administrative Proceedings” aims to familiarize the student with the legal principles and institutions of general administrative proceedings and administrative summary proceedings. It includes a detailed analysis of the general principles of administrative proceedings, i.e. basic procedural values. It reveals the basic institutions and legal constructions of administrative proceedings, both dynamic and static in nature. The basic element of the presentation becomes the concept of procedural action, an orderly catalog of which defines the boundaries of administrative proceedings.
