Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the course is to familiarize students with the peculiarities of civil law, including, first of all, civil law relations between participants in civil law transactions. The student learns the basic concepts of civil law, subjects of civil law and their legal capacity, legal actions, their types and form. The student learns the essence of contract law, with particular emphasis on the liability of the State Treasury and local government units. The goal pursued in the course is also to familiarize students with the issues of property law, with particular emphasis on perpetual usufruct.
