The purpose of the subject is also to show the evolution of forms of state management. The subject is also intended to prepare students for a better knowledge and understanding of modern administrative institutions by showing their origins and earlier and contemporary functions. An additional skill the student will possess will be to identify new phenomena occurring in administration.
