Purpose and description of the content of education:
Seminarium inżynierskie przygotowuje studentów do prezentacji wyników pracy dyplomowej na forum publicznym, z udziałem osób prowadzących seminarium, studentów oraz promotorów i opiekunów prac dyplomowych. Prezentacja wyników ma charakter chronologiczny i postępowy, gdyż student rozpoczyna od prezentacji rozdziałów teoretycznych, będących swoistą bazą wiedzy, a następnie przechodzi do części metodologicznej, wynikowej i podsumowującej całość pracy W trakcie zajęć każdy student przygotowuje 8-9 krótkich 10 minutowych wystąpień (forma dowolna) obejmujących w kolejności: Harmonogram i plan pracy; Wstęp i cele pracy dyplomowej, problematyka; Rozdziały wprowadzające; Obszar badań; Materiał badawczy; Metodyka badawcza ; Wyniki; Dyskusja; Bibliografia i załączniki; Prezentacja całości pracy dyplomowej. Po każdym wystąpieniu następuje dyskusja zaprezentowanych zagadnień, w trakcie której punktowane są mocne i słabe strony postępów pracy oraz ocena merytoryczna zagadnień i tematyki pracy, a także uwagi i sugestie do przedyskutowania z promotorem pracy. Na Seminarium omawiana jest również procedura i przebieg Egzaminu dyplomowego.
