Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to familiarise the student with the basic concepts and terms related to marketing, mapping customer needs, developing a product or service to meet those needs, communicating with the customer, preparing an appropriate service offering. As part of the module, the student acquires the ability to independently plan and prepare a marketing strategy (taking into account the concepts and terminology learned in lectures). Classes are conducted in the form of workshops, some of which may take place outside the walls of the university, in cooperation with various institutions. |
