Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to introduce students to the concept of a business model as a tool to support enterprise development and strategic management. During the course, the student will learn about the business model as an alternative to the classically understood strategy of the organization. The functions a business model can perform in an enterprise will also be discussed, and the dilemmas and challenges of implementing business models will be analyzed.
