Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to familiarize students with the practical aspects of concluding and executing various contracts in business activities. The thematic scope of the module includes, in particular, sales contracts, mandate contracts, contracts for specific work, leasing contracts, franchising contracts and contracts in international trade.
