Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module Diploma Seminar Part 1 is the first part of the seminar series devoted to writing an undergraduate dissertation on the legal aspects of the functioning of an enterprise in business. The student, under the supervision of the supervisor, determines the subject and research topic, develops the state of research, collects and selects sources, prepares a thesis outline and bibliography, and determines the next stages of work on the dissertation. The seminar can also be devoted to the preparation of a bachelor's project, i.e. a business plan for a specific business or proposal for funding for a new business or projects carried out in a functioning enterprise (under a national or EU grant) or other project-based form, appropriate for those who started a business during their studies, a foreign professional internship, or participation in a faculty research project.
