Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module is intended to supplement, organize and expand the student's knowledge of the broad issues of civil liability, considering the norms of private law on professional trade. The premise is to deepen the student's understanding of liability for damage caused during business. Particular emphasis will be placed on discussing strict liability-burdening business entities. Subsequently, a detailed analysis will be made of the regulations involving the liability of the hubs of the body of a limited liability company, as well as the widely discussed world doctrine of liability for failure to file a bankruptcy petition of an entrepreneur in due time. The threads of the emerging principles of professional liability under the nucleus of European private law will also be sketched.
