Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the course is for the student to acquire the key knowledge necessary for the functioning of an entrepreneur as an employer. After completing the course, the student should be able to identify the obligations of an entrepreneur as an employer, in particular related to reporting the start of business to the relevant authorities in the field of labor law and social security, employing employees and preparing and storing employee documentation.
He should also know and be able to independently analyze legal provisions in the discussed area and be able to apply them in practice |
