Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module, which has a practical and project-based character, allows students to become familiar with, among other things, the issues of profitability and profitability of investment processes in domestic and foreign markets, the cost of capital and the time factor in the evaluation of investment efficiency, estimation of cash flows and related problems. In addition, students will acquire practical knowledge of applying static and dynamic methods of evaluating investment efficiency, the basics of business valuation methodology, and making investment decisions in an enterprise under risk conditions.
