Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module primarily covers issues related to the law of economic activity. The course will discuss topics related to starting and running a business by domestic entities and by entrepreneurs (or foreigners) from the EU member states and from outside this area, as well as issues of implementation of formal and legal requirements related to starting and running a business, including issues of registration, suspension and termination of business activity. In addition, the subject will present the fundamental rights and obligations of the entrepreneur, the rationing of economic activity (concessions, permits, licenses, regulated activity), and the principles of control of economic activity carried out by control authorities.
