Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims for students to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies in the field of basic principles of establishing business entities and starting a business. In connection with the above, the following issues are discussed: sources of law in the field of entrepreneurs, the concept of entrepreneur, principles of starting a business, company issues, purpose, the scope of activity and functions of a civil partnership and commercial law companies, freedom of participation in commercial law companies, statutory restrictions on the choice of organizational and legal form; activities at the stage before concluding the partnership agreement; founding acts of a commercial company; procedure for entries in the register; effects of entry; the legal personality of companies; establishing forms of business and professional activity other than commercial companies.
