Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module covers issues in strategic management. It enables students to learn about the essence of strategic management in the context of the globalization process, the determinants of strategic management and methods of strategic analysis in an enterprise. In addition, the student learns how to formulate and implement strategy in an enterprise based on internal analysis, analysis of the environment or analysis of the sectoral environment.
