Purpose and description of the content of education:
The goal pursued by the module is to familiarize students with the basics of civil law. The student will learn the knotty concepts of civil law, with particular emphasis on the needs of entrepreneurs, such as: subjects of civil law and their legal capacity and capacity for legal actions, as well as subjects of civil law relations, as well as - to a narrower extent - legal actions, their types and form, and representation.
