Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module is devoted to the critical issues of business management and the manager's role in modern organizations. The content discussed will address the interdisciplinary understanding of management and the management process, which consists of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The class allows you to identify and carry out analyses of the processes occurring in business management and the use of tools necessary to increase the competitiveness of companies in the market.
