Celem modułu jest: 1) Przekrojowa charakterystyka kuchni śródziemnomorskiej ze wskazaniem zróżnicowania regionalnego; 2) Wykazanie historycznej zmienności kuchni śródziemnomorskiej; 3) Uwypuklenie związków między kuchnią a kulturą krajów śródziemnomorskich.
