Purpose and description of the content of education:
The course aims to familiarize students with the theories of negotiation and mediation and practical techniques for negotiating and mediating conflicts. Emphasis will be placed on the circumstances and uses of the various techniques. Preparation for mediation will also be part of the course, which will include a discussion of who can become a mediator, when mediation is used, what the course of mediation is, and issues of negotiation and mediation ethics.
