Purpose and description of the content of education:
The subject is intended to create conditions for obtaining and organizing knowledge of intellectual property law. In particular, the student will learn what creations of the intellect can be the subject of intellectual property rights and what actions should be taken so that these creations are covered by the appropriate legal protection. The student will also learn how he/she can legally use the objects of intellectual property rights authored by others.
