Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the legal conditions of the functioning of the Structural Funds, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Fisheries Fund. Due to the reform of the European Union's cohesion policy in the 2007-2013 programming period, it became necessary to know the issues of implementing structural funds, the procedure for obtaining funds from these funds and controlling their use. The student's main attention is focused on the legal aspects of the indicated issues. The subject also discusses the structural policy of the European Union and the conditions for the implementation of the structural funds, the cohesion fund and the financial instruments coordinated with them to support the Common Agricultural Policy and the Common Fisheries Policy. During the classes, there will also be a review of national and regional operational programs.
