Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module covers in-depth knowledge of substantive and procedural administrative law, with particular emphasis on the key legal institutions regulating administrative proceedings and judicial-administrative control of public administration activities. The aim of the module is to provide students with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of administrative procedures and mechanisms of control of public administration activities. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the jurisprudence of administrative courts and the interpretation of legal provisions. The module is dedicated in particular to students who have not completed the first degree in administrative studies.
