Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module serves to present systemic models, in particular administrative models, found in democratic countries as desirable models. Students will acquire the ability to analyse administrative and systemic models and to recognise basic legal institutions in the field of administration and system and their interactions. The student acquires the ability to use normative acts, make a basic analysis of legal solutions related to the organisation and scope of activity of public administration institutions, as well as synthetically present arguments that concern mutual relations of public administration institutions. Moreover, the student acquires the ability to present knowledge concerning public administration models and to indicate their significance in solving cognitive problems in this field.
