Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to acquaint students with the specificity of theatre as a medium, as well as to develop skills of analysis and interpretation of various forms of theatrical performance. Within the module, the student will get acquainted with the morphology of a theatrical performance, selected phenomena of theatrical communication in semiotic, cognitive and performative terms (the theory of reception of a theatrical performance, the process of assigning meanings in theatre). Classes are implemented in the form of workshops based on joint participation in theatre performances.
