Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module “Special Proceedings in Administration” is designed to supplement the student's knowledge of administrative proceedings. After a lecture covering general administrative proceedings, the student will become familiar with the standards of proceedings regulated by the Code of Administrative Procedure. The complexity of the activities, undertaken by public administration also causes the complexity and diversity of its procedures. Hence, in this course the student will be introduced to autonomous jurisdictional proceedings, special jurisdictional proceedings, mixed proceedings and non-jurisdictional proceedings.
