Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module “Enforcement Proceedings in Administration” aims to familiarize the student with the principles and legal institutions of enforcement proceedings in administration. It includes a detailed analysis of the general principles of administrative enforcement proceedings, the competence of enforcement bodies and their powers and duties. It reveals the basic institutions and legal constructions of administrative enforcement proceedings, both dynamic and static in nature. The purpose of the subject is to show the role of enforcement proceedings, which are essentially a manifestation of the application of state coercion.
