Purpose and description of the content of education:
During the course, the student acquires knowledge of the specifics of spending public funds. Basic issues of the public procurement system are analyzed. The lecture presents the requirements for the preparation of proceedings for the award of a public contract, including the principles of estimating the subject of the contract, as well as how to make a description of the subject of the contract and prepare a specification of the terms and conditions of the contract. The principles, as well as modes of awarding public contracts are discussed. In addition, in terms of the subject, the Student acquires knowledge of legal remedies.
