Purpose and description of the content of education:
The task of the public economic law module is for students to acquire knowledge, skills and competence in the field of issues related to the legal regulation of undertaking and conducting business activity, the rights and obligations of entrepreneurs in undertaking and conducting business activity, the basic measures of rationing business activity in Poland, as well as competition law and the principles of conducting business activity in selected economic sectors, and the basic principles of functioning of the internal market of the European Union and their impact on the regulation of undertaking and conducting business activity in Poland. Legal to counteract agreements The task of the subject of public economic law is for students to obtain knowledge, skills and competencies in the field of issues related to the legal regulation of undertaking and conducting business activity, rights and obligations of entrepreneurs in the field of undertaking and conducting business activity, basic means of rationing measures of economic activity in Poland, as well as the law of competition ence and rules of doing business The law of competition and the principles of doing business in selected business sectors The law of competition and the rules of conducting business activity in selected sectors of the economy, as well as the basic principles of the functioning of the internal market of the European Union and their impact on the regulation of undertaking and conducting business activity in Poland. - The goal of the course is for students to acquire knowledge, skills and competence in the field of issues related to the legal regulation of undertaking and conducting business activity, the rights and obligations of entrepreneurs in undertaking and conducting business activity, the basic means of rationing business activity in Poland, as well as competition law and the principles of conducting business activity in selected economic sectors and the basic principles of functioning of the internal market of the European Union and their influence on the regulation of undertaking and conducting business activity in Poland. During the course of the course the student is introduced to the basic information on Polish and European public economic law, and in particular on : - issues related to undertaking and conducting business activity by domestic entrepreneurs and by foreign entrepreneurs from both EU member states and from outside this area. - the rules of operation of the basic registers in economic circulation - KRS and CEIDG - rights and obligations of entrepreneurs, - rationing of business activity - rights of foreign entrepreneurs on the Polish market and the impact of EU law, including the Directive on services in the internal market on the regulations of Polish public economic law. - Competition law, including activities of public administration bodies in the field of competition protection and legal regulations aimed at counteracting the conclusion of agreements limiting competition and abuse of dominant market position.
