Programme code: | W2-S1GF19.2024 |
Semester: | summer semester 2024/2025 |
Language of instruction: | Polish |
Form of verification: | course work |
ECTS credits: | 1 |
Purpose and description of the content of education: | The exercises aim to introduce the principles of soil science research in the field. Students learn the methodology of field soil research, the principles of describing the soil profile and determining soil types; learn the basics of soil mapping in the field and preparation of field documentation; using field methods to collect soil data and interpret the collected data; describe the relationship between the pedosphere and other elements of the environment. Students learn, in the context of the soil cover, the procedures and methodology of fieldwork as part of environmental impact assessment procedures required by administrative authorities. |
