Purpose and description of the content of education:
W ramach modułu osoby uczestniczące poznają budowę książki tradycyjnej i elektronicznej, zdobywają wiedzę o książce jako przedmiocie artystycznym (poczynając od okładki). Dowiadują się, jak ważna jest relacja tekstu z formą i rodzajem nośnika, z uwzględnieniem takich elementów jak: werbalne i typograficzne środki wyrazu, przestrzenna organizacja tekstu, ikoniczność, metatekstualność, multimedialność, interaktywność. Studenci poznają także etapy kształtowania się książki (techniki druku i oprawy plastycznej), najważniejsze style jej architektury oraz przykłady twórczego podejścia do książki jako dzieła sztuki.
