Purpose and description of the content of education:
The idea is to learn about the musical works of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries in the context of history and culture. The aim of the course is to develop students' ability to orient themselves in the musical literature of the above-mentioned eras based on historical and musical knowledge and the processes taking place in musical culture. The classes focus on presenting works by outstanding composers of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries using elements of auditory analysis and hermeneutic analysis.
