Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to familiarize students with possible restructuring solutions in case of insolvency or threat of insolvency of an entrepreneur. It is assumed that the student will learn about the types of restructuring proceedings and bankruptcy procedures, their course, the effects of declaring bankruptcy and the impact of terminating restructuring proceedings.
