Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to familiarize students with the legal conditions of EU funds, particularly the Cohesion Fund, the European Social Fund +, the European Regional Development Fund, the Fair Transition Fund, and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund. The lecture will also cover issues related to the financing of the Common Agricultural Policy through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund. The introduction to the class will be a discussion of cohesion policy. Then, the students will be presented with the issues of implementation of EU funds, the procedure for obtaining funds from these funds and control of their use. The class will also review national and regional operational programs.
