Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with alternative ways of resolving disputes between entrepreneurs. As part of the coursework, students will have the opportunity to learn about tools that enable parties to resolve conflicts outside of traditional courts through mediation, arbitration or negotiation.
