Purpose and description of the content of education:
The classes cover issues related to building supply chains in an enterprise as one of the critical elements of gaining a competitive advantage in the market and show the effectiveness of a supply chain, understood as its ability to achieve the set goals and effects with the lowest possible expenditures necessary for their implementation. During the course, students are introduced to the concept of network approach in management sciences and gain knowledge about the essence of supply chains and their complexity. They will learn the principles of designing efficient and effective flows in supply chains that enable the implementation of basic logistics tasks focused on minimizing costs.
