Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module is designed to provide the student with in-depth knowledge, skills and social competences related to crime in the area of economic activity The aim of the module is to acquire knowledge, skills and competences in understanding the role of criminal proceedings in the legal system, the principles of criminal liability of persons performing managerial functions and the system of penal fiscal penal measures
