Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to familiarize students with entity reorganizations of entrepreneurs and their possible consequences in the economic plane. It is assumed that the student will learn about the types of entity reorganizations, their course, possible advantages and disadvantages, and the forms of previously conducted business activities
