Purpose and description of the content of education: | The purpose of the module is to deepen the student's fundamental legal knowledge in labour law and social security. Upon completion of the course, the student should have an in-depth understanding of legal acts in the field of labour law and organise work in the workplace by the principles of labour law and safe and hygienic working conditions (BHP). The student should also identify the obligations of an entrepreneur in the sphere of labour law and social security.
He or she should also be able to make an independent, comprehensive analysis of the legal regulations in the field under discussion and be able to apply them in practice. The module is tailored to the needs of law in business students. |
