Purpose and description of the content of education:
The premise of the module is to discuss commercial law and its place in the system of applicable law. The purpose of the module is to familiarize students with the basic principles of business and the legal forms of its performance. It is assumed that the student will learn the peculiarities of entities operating in business and the principles of exercising rights by participants in business. The goal is also to familiarize students with typical contracts of professional trade
