Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module covers issues in implementing the personnel function in enterprises, as well as human capital management and employee development in the organization. During the course, the student becomes familiar with the essential elements of HRM and modern employee management methods. He or she develops competence in practical skills that prepare him or her to use knowledge in professional work in the field of employee acquisition as well as motivation
