Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the course is to equip students with knowledge, skills and competencies in understanding and applying the norms of financial law and tax law, in particular, to ensure the proper implementation of tributary obligations to the State Treasury and local government units in the conditions of economic activity. As part of the course, students are acquainted with the fundamental issues of Polish and European financial law, particularly the concepts and institutions used by public finance law, including budget, tax, and banking law.
