Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the module is to familiarize students with the issues of Public Procurement Law. The objective includes transferring theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject matter. This objective is implemented through lectures and exercises. The educational content includes issues concerning sources of public procurement law at the level of the EU and national law, subject and object scope, principles of awarding public contracts, modes of awarding public contracts, institutional environment of the public procurement market, legal remedies, contracts in public procurement matters, concession contracts for works or services public-private partnerships
