Purpose and description of the content of education:
The premise of the module is to familiarize students with the issues of communication in enterprises, which facilitates the building of lasting relationships within the enterprises themselves and with the environment. As part of the course, students acquire skills in resolving disputes and intra-organizational conflicts and learn about theories of communication, techniques of exerting influence and interpersonal techniques in communication. In today's turbulent environment, skilful communication is the basis for building an organization's success and its competitive position in the market.
