Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to expand the basics of administrative law. Familiarization with the principles of public administration, the subjects of public administration, the legal forms of public administration, the commissioning of public administration functions, and control allows you to understand the essence and importance of the processes occurring in public administration and general administrative proceedings. In addition, familiarization with selected problems of the particular part of administrative law will allow you to point out the scope and breadth of the administration's impact on the individual, including the entrepreneur.
