Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the module is to present the implementation process for the production of a new or significantly improved product, service or production process, including undertaking new marketing activities and organizational changes, resulting in a different approach to work and the company's relationship with the external environment. The idea is that the student will learn about creative approaches in business management, particularly the ability to combine ideas uniquely or create a link between different ways of doing things. The goal is to forge an innovative approach to work and problem-solving in the operation of the enterprise.
