Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu jest zapoznanie studentów/tek z pojęciami z zakresu własności intelektualnej, aspektami prawnymi ochrony przedmiotów własności intelektualnej, w tym m.in. utworów (programów komputerowych i baz danych) i przedmiotów własności przemysłowej, będących częścią ochrony własności intelektualnej (wynalazków, wzorów użytkowych, wzorów przemysłowych, znaków towarowych), zasadami ochrony własności intelektualnej oraz praktycznymi aspektami przygotowania dokumentacji dotyczącej zgłoszeń do ochrony przedmiotów własności intelektualnej
